Aim: To study thyroid abnormalities patients chronic kidney disease. correlate the severity failure. differentiate primary hypothyroidism from dysfunction Methodology: After selection patients, fulfilling above criteria, about 5 ml blood sample collected non-heparinised serum bottle sent for profile test. Components included our Quantitative determination T3, T4 TSH done by Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay. Result: In out 50 33 had low T3 levels . 4 among value, they also high suggesting hypothyroidism. So excluding 29 study.
